PRODUCING MACHINE LINE

For the production of Yogibar® desserts, we have established our plant in Hungary – also serving reference purposes –, which is equipped with a highly automated production line type BUDALUX® developed for the production of desserts.

Partners interested in the production of the Yogibar® dessert, we recommend the machine line consisting of specially developed units for this purpose, the output of which is 8000 pcs 30 gram desserts per hour, individually wrapped into foil packed serving boxes of 60 desserts/box.

The installation site of the production line: connected to the yogurt production part of an operating dairy processing plant, where conditions are given to provide the required amount of natural yogurt for the production of dessert filling.

Units of production line and technological functions:

1. Yogurt solidifying machine group: mechanical thickening of the yoghurt received from the yoghurt production plant, by sending the condensed yoghurt, i.e. the yoghurt cheese, to the cold chamber.

2. Filling producing machine group: mechanical mixing and homogenization of chilled yogurt cheese with the separately measured other ingredients of the filling, sending the homogeneous filling mass to the cold chamber.

3. Dessert production line part: forming the filling from the chilled filling mass by extrusion and cutting, topping the shaped filling pieces with chocolate and cooling them in the cooling tunnel.

4. Dessert packaging line part: packaging and labeling the finished desserts coming from the cooling tunnel individually into tear-tape foil, collective packaging in serving cardboard boxes, palletizing the boxes and sending them to cold storage.
