KNOW-HOW
In addition to commercial sale of Yogibar® dessert, we are interested in the transfer of manufacturing rights and know-how of the dessert on the basis of a business agreement in the territory of the countries where the product and the process of its production are patented or our patent is pending.
Acquiring the Yogibar® dessert know-how includes:
Delivery, installation and putting into operation of 1 pc technological machine line for production of desserts in buyer’s plant.
Transfer and training of dessert production process, together with putting the delivered machine line into operation.
Transfer of right to manufacture and commercialize the dessert in accordance with the Contract setting out the terms and conditions.
FRANCHISE
We consider our Yogibar® dessert important and valuable, as it is a uniquely new food product with a special flavor that combines all the beneficial properties of its two valuable ingredients: yogurt and chocolate. Therefore, we plan to create a franchise system around the Yogibar® dessert product, with which, among other things, we could provide a uniform image for the market appearance of our dessert.
The main elements of the franchise system are:
Manufacturing and sales authorization.
Transfer and receipt of know-how.
Centralized procurement of production equipment.
Coordinated procurement of special ingredients of dessert (chocolate, lemon oil).
Uniform image and branding on all the markets of the product by using the Yogibar® Trademark and uniform packaging.
Constant monitoring of dessert quality and of production conditions.
